Human resources policies and practices require teamwork. Human resources policies and practices draw on a case study from the UK public sector – Inland Revenue, the UK tax assessment and collection agency. An example of National Income illustrates the differences between human resources and various forms of teamwork. Along with teamwork, there may be differences in the context of human resource management. Here, teamwork has been made to facilitate the introduction of a new tax regime in the face of declining middle level managers and office personnel. As a result of these practices, it has been seen that certain human resources policies and practices are effective. While these were particularly front-line manager selection and development, employee human relations were found to be less important. It attaches importance to human resources in the context of this rapid change in the dynamics of the societies we live in. Nonprofits have also provided a boost in their important role in this regard. Regarding the management of human resources, we can say that this dimension is correct. management plays a strategic role by promoting organizational effectiveness and it is necessary to know the growth and competitive conditions well. These are described in detail in this book.
